well depending on where we live, theres a music scene could be good or bad depending on what your music tastes are, at least where i live theres a music scene thats not very promoted that could be good.
they are all those independent bands that play in bars, houses and other places that try to do something different than whats already been heard, since the events where this bands play are rarely promoted few people attend to them; at least it happens here in my city.
